Festive Period

Service Updates 🎄

As we approach the festive period, some services will be operating on reduced schedules. To help your programme continue smoothly, please take a moment to note the key dates below and plan ahead where possible.

📦 Refills

Complete your refill by 12pm on 17 December to receive your medication before Christmas. 

Please note, we will not be dispatching any medication orders between 22 and 26 December due to limited delivery services during this time. 

🧪 Blood Test Kit Orders

Blood test kit orders placed between 12pm on 19 December and 1 January may take longer than usual to arrive.

✉️ Completion of Blood Tests

Our blood sample collection service will be taking a short festive break due to Royal Mail operations during the following times:

  • From 4pm on Saturday 20 December until 8am on Saturday 27 December
  • From 4pm on Tuesday 30 December until 6am on Thursday 1 January
