Questions about switching
Switching, answered.
No. Switching is designed so there is no gap. You complete a short assessment, a UK-licensed clinician reviews your current programme and health information, and your plan continues from where you are. We pick up rather than start over.
No. Your clinician takes your current programme into account, so you carry on from your current stage rather than resetting. That is the point of switching to a programme built around your data.
