Step 2

Complete blood test for insights
Once your at-home blood test arrives in the post, complete the test along with ID and weight verification online with one of our SheMed team members. This step helps us confirm that the programme is safe and suitable for you. Your blood test results will be available in the SheMed app to support you throughout your weight loss journey.
