Rachael is a highly experienced nurse who has dedicated her career to delivering the highest standards of care and championing innovation in healthcare. After achieving her BSc in Nursing Studies from King’s College London in 2011, Rachael worked across Urgent and Primary Care settings in both the NHS and private sectors. With a keen interest in digital health, she developed a deep understanding of the challenges women face in accessing quality, personalised healthcare.
Since joining eMed in 2018, Rachael has played a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary teams and shaping new clinical services. Now, as Chief Clinical and Strategy Officer at SheMed, she drives the development of products that place women’s health at the heart of innovation. This includes leading the SheMed Weight Loss Programme – a patient-centred initiative designed specifically to address women’s unique health needs.

Qualifications:
Angie is a highly experienced healthcare leader with over 15 years of expertise in clinical governance, nursing, and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Chief Clinical Officer at eMed Healthcare UK since August 2024, she is responsible for driving clinical strategy, leadership, and quality improvement initiatives across the organisation. She also oversees the day-to-day clinical delivery of the weight management service.
